During the month of November we remember our departed sisters and brothers.

On the feast of All Saints, Sunday 1 November we will have a moment of prayer for the faithful departed in  Kildysart  cemetery at 11.45.

We will have a moment of prayer for the faithful departed in Kilfiddane cemetery at 12.30 pm and in Cranny cemetery at 1.15 pm also on the feast of All Saints, Sunday 1 November.

On the Feast of All Souls, Monday 2 November, we will remember at 8pm Mass in St Michael’s Church, Kildysart all  those from the parish who died during the last year.

May He support us all the day long,

till the shades lengthen and the evening comes,

and the busy world is hushed,

and the fever of life is over,

and our work is done.

Then in His mercy may He give us a safe lodging,

and a holy rest and peace at the last.
