St John Bosco Community College, Kildysart, opened in September 2002 replacing Cahercon Secondary School and Kildysart Vocational School.

Opening of the School Year Mass 2013
St John Bosco Community College will gather for the celebration of Mass to pray for God’s blessing at the beginning of the new academic year on Friday 27 September 2013at 10am in St Michael Church. Kildysart. Parents, family members and parishioners are very welcome to attend and take part.

Past Pupils Gathering 2013
Cahercon past pupils will celebrate Golden Jubilee of Salesian Education in Clare on Saturday 31 August 2103.
Mass will be celebrated at St. John Bosco Community College, Kildysart at 7:oo pm. followed by a chat and cuppa.
The Selesian sisters and the staff of St John Bosco Community College are looking forward to seeing you all at this special gathering to renew old acquaintances.

On the 8th of December a number of students from St. John Bosco Community College go on their annual trip to St. Joseph’s hospital in Ennis,to decorate, paint and carol sing for the patients. The students benefit greatly from their work on the day interacting with the patients and staff and they bring a little bit of festive cheer to the patients. |
St John Bosco Community College, Kildysart will hold a Gala Concert on Friday 23rd on November 2012 in the school hall at 8pm. Featuring Katie Purcell, Anne Droney,Garoid &Eimear Coughlan, Stephen Flatley, The Kildysart All Ireland Winning Set Dancers and local artists. Tickets only €10.00. All welcome.
