We were delighted to welcome the Salesian Sisters back to Kildysart today as we celebrated the centenary of the Sisters’ presence in Ireland. It was a wonderful reunion of old friends as memories of Cahercon were recalled and shared.
We thank Bishop Fintan Monahan who presided at Mass, our pastoral area choir who animated the liturgy, those who prepared and served the food atvthe reception and all who helped in any way.
We wish the Salesian Sisters every blessing as they continue to live out the vision of St John Bosco.
